On Nov. 18th-19th, 2016, in Rio de Janeiro, CCCWS Deputy Director General Dr. Jin Xin, held discussions with scholars from IPEA, Brazilian Institution of Applied Economics. IPEA Research Fellow Andre de Mello Souza, BRICS Policy Center Research fellow Sergio Veloso, among others, took part in the discussions. The two sides explored the prospect of the BRICS and China-Brazil relations.
