On the morning of Sept. 17^th, CCCWS Deputy Director-General Jin Xin held discussions with Mr. Xue Litai, Research Fellow of Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC) of Stanford University.

The two sides exchanged views on the rebalancing strategy of US, China-Japan relations, situation in South China Sea, and exchanges of think tanks. Also present at the meeting were Mr. Gao Lianjia, Research Fellow of CCCWS, Mr. Zhang Weijie, Assistant Research Fellow of CCCWS, Mr. Wang Hailong, Visiting Scholar of CISAC.
