The 4th Seminar on Theories organized by the Communist Party of China (CPC) and Labour Party of Brazil (PT) was held in Beijing on 21st September, 2011,with the theme “Transformation of the International System”and “Review of President Lula's Government in Power for Eight Years and Challenges for President Rousseff's New Government”. Dr. Hu Hao, Deputy Director-General of CCCWS, attended and chaired the Seminar's discussions.
