CHINA CENTER FOR CONTEMPORARY WORLD STUDIES

On Feb 26^th 2014 in London, Dr. Hu Hao, Deputy Director-General of CCCWS and Head of CCCWS delegation on a visit to UK at the invitation of UK Embassy in China, met with Prof. Michael Cox, Danny Quah, and Ms. Cherry Yu, scholars from LSE IDEAS, UK.

The two sides exchanged views on the shift of power, global power balance, mid- income trap and China, American power, the rise of new economies, global governance and China, etc.

Also present at the meeting were CCCWS Research Fellows Ms. Mou Hong, Mr. Gao Lianjia, Associate Research Fellows Mr. Li Shipeng, Mr. Zhang Weijie, and Mr. Stephen Lenard, Second Secretary of UK Embassy in China.  

CCCWS delegation held discussions with the scholars from LSE IDEAS, UK.
