On 24 October, 2014 in Moscow, CCCWS Research Fellow Dr. Sun Binghui, and CCCWS Associate Research Fellows Dr. Sun Yinan and Dr. Zheng Dongchao held discussions with Mr. Roman Bernatskiy, Head of International Department of the Political Party “A Just Russia”, on the new situation and new tendency of Russia’s external communication (information dissemination).

CCCWS scholars held discussions with Mr. Roman Bernatskiy.

As requested, Mr. Bernatskiy briefed issues like how Russia’s external communication complies with the law of media integration, mixed utilization of traditional media and emerging media, mass communication and organizational communication, dialectical relationship between national image and national interests, and influence brought by the changes of communication structure towards Russia’s party politics. The two sides also exchanged views on issues of common concern.
