CHINA CENTER FOR CONTEMPORARY WORLD STUDIES

On Oct. 16^th in Rome, CCCWS President Dr. Yu Hongjun held discussions with scholars from International Affairs Institute (IAI), and Torino World Affairs Institute (TWAI). The two sides exchanged views on the construction and development of EU, situation in the Middle East, Europe-US relations in addition to China-Europe and China-Italy relations.

President Yu Hongjun on behalf of CCCWS signed a Memorandum of Understanding with TWAI.

Also present at the discussions were: Mr. Liu Jinfeng, Council-Member of CCCWS; Mr. Yang Hongxi, Research Fellow of CCCWS; Mr. Han Qiang, Chinese Counselor to Italy; Mr. Stefano Silvestri, President of IAI; Mr. Vincenzo Camporini, Vice President of IAI; Mr. Andornino, Deputy Director of TWAI; and other scholars from Bank of Italy and the Council for the US and Italy.
