CHINA CENTER FOR CONTEMPORARY WORLD STUDIES

On 17 January, CCCWS President Yu Hongjun met with Ambassador Amos Nadai of Israel to China. Dr. Yu Hongjun briefed Ambassador Nadai about situation of CCCWS and exchanges between CCCWS and think tanks of Israel, and expressed his hope to deepen mutual understanding of the two countries through exchanges of think tanks so as to promote the development of the state-to-state relations. Ambassador Nadai said that he would promote more Israel think tanks to cooperate with CCCWS on the basis of present think tank exchanges. The two sides also exchanged views on China-Israel relations, the Middle East and international situations. CCCWS Deputy Director-General Hu Hao, Research Fellow Yang Hongxi, and Ms. Maya Yaron from the Political and Economic Section of the Embassy of Israel to China were present at the meeting.
